Near the PNT Trailhead to Whistler Canyon & to access Windy View cache from the top. Take Chesaw Rd east from Oroville to FR 3525, continue for 6 miles to Trail marker 100. This is a great trail to mountain bike down to the bottom. You will need a vehicle at the bottom. Refer to Uncle Cray cache for Parking WP at bottom.
