Geocache Description:

Welcome to New Orleans! Sorry...we're closed.

Doesn't say much for a city when you pull off the interstate and what you see it this. I understand this area of the city is slow to recover, but when your job is to make the city look good, this doesn't help.
You are looking for a small lock and lock container with a few dollar store items thrown in.
I noticed the doors broken open on one of the buildings. I wouldn't suggest this cache at night. I've been out this way multiple times during the day and have never seen anyone around. No need to go onto or under the structure. While looking for a hide spot I noticed a large swarm of bees under the main structure and lots of smaller wasp nests. Once again...NO NEED TO GO ON OR UNDER THE STRUCTURE. I got a very tight grouping while getting coordinates for this one. They should be real close.
I have a hard time giving the terrain rating a two here, but seeing other terrain ratings in the area, this fits...I guess. Good Luck
