The cache is found in one of the many car parks dotted along the riverside of the park. This area is mostly flat and and even but beware of the odd pot hole.
Timona Park is a 24 hectare park that runs along side the Oroua River. Over winter this park can be buzzing with sports players and spectators. It is marked out for rugby, rugby league and soccer in the winter and cricket and athletics over the summer.
This park is also popular with families and dog walkers. There is a small park on site. Our children love playing on the four tier slide and walking along side the river.
Inside the cache you will find a log book and pencil as well as a few other goodies that our children have decide to place in there.
Please place the log book back in the plastic bag once you have finished.
