Cacher got to the location, did the T5 challenge, identified the difficult spot (extra credit for night time) and found the cache. I hereby grant a owner exception with a big "thank you".

Geocache Description:

Placed in the center of Astra neighbourhood, very close to Brasov's Downtown.

The cache offers a unique view over Brasov from between appartment buildings. Don't forget to bring your camera, white ducktape and a pen.

Cache is a little bit larger than a classic 35mm film canister.

Climbing gear is mandatory! Rappelling possible when going down. The tower's height is ~30m.
Ensure yourself with 2 safety ropes when climbing. Tie each of the ropes to two bars at any time, some of the climbing bars are not very safe !!!

Please stick some white ducktape to the usafe bars for your safety and the one's after you.
