Use STEALTH when looking for the cache. SECURITY GUARDS on duty after hours. Before construction started in this area Paprika would take Phoenix and Oscar for their walks and runs here along with many other dog owners. We were all disappointed when it was closed for public use back in July '07. it has taken some years but finally the stores are starting to open up. Bring along you own writing instrument. Part of the cache should not be removed from its location.
