The seventh in a series along the Pearl Harbor Memorial Hwy. This series will take you from IH10 all the way to Harper, Texas.
You made it! Welcome to the town of Harper. As you probably noticed from the sign, it's so small they dont even list the population on it. But, this town does bost an Exemplary school district and some of the nicest people you'll meet. Take a momement to reflect on your travels.
