Yes, yet another cache at Ames Nowell! This is my first hide. The cache was put together by a group of Cub Scouts from Pack 11 in Abington as part of the "Geocaching with Akela" program I introduced this year as part of my Wood Badge ticket. The path to the cache is along a main trail. The cache is located about 300ft from the trail, but it's a fairly clear walk and no bushwhacking is required.
As noted in the log, there was a brush fire in the area, and the original cache was destroyed. It has been replaced with a new cache, well camouflaged. Please make sure to hide it as well as you found it, otherwise it is visible from the trail.
