You are looking for a bison tube.
Hidden near the fence near the Yorkton Wildlife Federation (or the Trap Club as it used to be known). No need to enter the grounds - the cache is accessible from the road.
If you are lucky, you will be at the club when they are doing some shooting and you will be able to watch them do their thing.
There are garter snakes in the area, so you might see one on the road.
