In a clear area of a very expensive neighborhood. I'd not attempt in rain as could be slippery getting to the area, 4' off asphalt. Park off main street to the left. Hang U-turn and park safetly. Walk to cache.
Small container, same as some of my others. Bring your own pen or pencil. Would not stay in place w/o some help from something else that I brought. Try and place it the same as you found. :)
