Cache is in a location that can have very high muggle traffic at times, but if you pick your time wisely there will be no one around to see you.

This cache was thought up as a response to "Scrooge!!" . I hope that you all have as much find finding this one as I had dreaming it up.
A special note to Jeep'en Jumpers : Should this cache prove to be to simple for you then expect a visit from "The Ghost of Christmas Present" and "The Ghost of Christmas Past" very soon.
