This may not seem to be a Scenic Overlook at first glance, however, it is for the hiders! This busy parking lot (good luck finding a spot) has provided hours of entertainment for those working in the surrounding office buildings, from observing the building of the parking structure, to watching people do a terrible job of parallel parking. This cache will provide even more amusement for the hiders. If you look up to the glass building, you may see us watching you…
