Cache is located in Hasson Park along what we called Raper's Path in my younger days. The path can be wet & muddy after rain. Come prepared (pencil, etc.) and watch out for flying saucers (seriously!).
I believe this cache was found before I had even left the area. There was a young'n heading right at it as I pulled out. Check the pic.

Hasson Park has several pavilions with picnic tables, playgrounds for the kids, restrooms, walking paths through the many rhododendrons which are very beautiful if you're there when they're in bloom (May-June). There is a new 18 hole disc golf course (see link) which goes throughout the park. Up top there is the Oil City pool, a skateboarding area, a deck hockey area, soccer & softball fields. It's a beautiful place for a picnic or just having some fun. Geocaching too :) The restrooms and some of the pavilions & play areas are handicap accessible.
