Beware of hog weed sighted in the area. A good opportunity to learn more about those plants which are good to smell and touch, and those ones which should be avoided.
This lock n lock cache has been placed within 200 metres of the Skagit Valley road, in a nice serene spot by a creek. This is just another excuse to stop and smell the flowers. Not far up the road, you if you are lucky, and at the right time of year, will see a blaze of colour coming out of the forest of green. Those are the Wild Rhodo's. So watch for them.
