The southern entrance to Hof Hatzuk (Cliff Beach).
Sea & Sun, is a full amenities compound that includes, a spa, swimming pool, private ocean front, gourmet restaurants, high end shops, etc'. Built by the Aviv Construction and Development group, this project is unique in that it is built practically at the water's edge. And because of Israel zoning laws, it will probably be one of the only residential developments built on a beach.
