Geocache Description:

The Forestry Commission Visitor Centre is situated 3 miles west of Bewdley on the A456 at Callow Hill, and is well signposted from all directions.

Bus services 192/292 run between Birmingham and Ludlow.

The nearest train station is Kidderminster.

This is a multicache trail consisting of 10 caches mainly bison tubes and a couple of other types, you need to find the first to get the second, the second to find the third ect, located on the Buzzard Trail in New Parks in the Wyre Forest near Bewdley.

Maps are available from the visitors center.
Buzzard Trail is approx 5.2 km long and has red marker posts

TWEEZERS WILL BE REQUIRED

The final cache is a 50 calibre steel ammo box containing a log book, first to find certificate, colouring packs and colouring pencils for the geokids, the usual swaps ect.

There is car parking at the visitors center located at N 52 21.836 W 002 22.046

On the A456 Kidderminster to Tenbury Wells road 3 miles west of Bewdley at Callow Hill.

The Forestry Commission car park is well sign-posted from the road.

2011 parking costs -

Discovery Pass for car parking and other benefits cost £40 from the Visitor Centre, day tickets £3 from ticket machine.

Minibuses £4, coaches £6, horseboxes £4

Permission has been granted by the forestry commission for this multicache, after a meeting with the head forester Phil Rudlin.
