Geocache Description:

Earlier today Olivia and I took The Oath of the Zombie Hunter(GC2VZ9D). It was dark, and it was creepy, and seeing how the location had only one real way in and one way out, we decided to leave so we would not be a zombie dinner. As I started the car, the radio came on, and the news caster began speaking about the Center of Disease Control reporting something about zombies. I just caught the tail end of it, and I wanted research further on my iPhone, yet, with the night and our location already being so eerie, I pulled another “Rockford,” and drove West, then South for a bit, East for a bit, North for a while, and then took a random right hand turn into a parking lot area. When I stopped, I began researching the report, and sure enough, it was true.

The article read:
“Written by Assistant Surgeon General Ali Khan, instructs readers how to prepare for "flesh-eating zombies" much like how they appeared in Hollywood hits like "Night of the Living Dead" and video games like Resident Evil. Perhaps surprisingly, the same steps you'd take in preparation for an onslaught of ravenous monsters are similar to those suggested in advance of a hurricane or pandemic.

"First of all, you should have an emergency kit in your house," the posting continues. "This includes things like water, food, and other supplies to get you through the first couple of days before you can locate a zombie-free refugee camp (or in the event of a natural disaster, it will buy you some time until you are able to make your way to an evacuation shelter or utility lines are restored)."

I was shocked and bewildered. Not only did Fox News report this, but so did the CDC. I was shaking so bad that I could barely read the article. Sweat was pouring off me, my hands were getting slippery, I began fumbling with my phone. I got out of the car to get a breath of fresh air and to shake it off. As I did so, I looked to my left just in time to see a zombie, and he appeared to be pulling open a hole in a chain linked fence!

I jumped back in the car, drove North, then East, then North, West, East,………

This cache is located where I heard the news of impending doom, and where the zombie came through the fence.
