Geocache Description:

This cache brings you to Templetown beach on the northern shores of Dundalk Bay on the road from Dundalk to Carlingford

Templetown Beach is by Carlingford town on the east coastline of Ireland. This unspoilt coastline is the perfect place to bathe or swim. This smooth safe soft sand is also a great haven for underwater marine life in the area.
Popular with the residents of the Dundalk and Newry area, it is, otherwise, generally unknown.

The cache is a small box involving a short walk along the beach from the carpark(waypoint added for carpark) Please take care when retrieving and replacing the cache as this area is very popular and can be very busy particularly when the weather is good. The cache is about 8-10m behind the lifering
