Geocache Description:


Moredun top is a hill fort on Moncreiffe hill, one of many in the Strathearn area. The above coordinates are for an information board giving you further details.
Take a walk up tothe fort to appreciate why it was built here.  There is a gradual track, or you can just scramble straight up!  Take time to admire the views and then go to the coordinates (N 56° 21.831 W 003° 24.005) to where there is a large rectangular stone laying horizontal in the grass.

Now back down to that notice board. Take time to read it and then collect the following numbers for the final cache.

D = the missing number ..... "Around 3 ? are in and near Strathearn.

C = how many hill forts are mentioned as scheduled Ancient Monuments here.

A = the missing number ..... 2, ? 00 to 1,500 years ago.

B = how many letters in the word before 'ancient' and 'mysterious'.

E = two rivals for the Pictish throne fought a battle in 72 ? AD.
