This cache MAY or MAY NOT be at the posted coords!

Some time ago I rescued one of my Red Herrings from a captive cache, Sliced & Diced .
It has taken some time, but he is ready for a re-appearance. The responsible CO is back and the poor Red Herring is on the mend and out to torment him some more! Can you find him?
