The Camelia's Festival (CBT)

Celorico de Basto anualmente é palco natural de um "festival de Camelias" por alturas do mês de Março, ou seja a época em que as camélias ou vulgo japoneiras, estão em flôr. Um pouco por todo o lado pode-se apreciar uma enorme variedade de camellias, quer em cor quer em formatos. As mais procuradas são as Camelias dobradas ou semi-dobradas que apresentam uma flôr de beleza indiscritivel. Outra com grande procura devido á sua raridade, costuma ser a Camélia de côr amarela (uma flôr hibrida).

Sendo uma imagem digna de Celorico de Basto, é um floreado cartão de visita, e é-lhe prestada esta homenagem, quer pelo floração estival em si quer pelos matrixampTeam através desta cache, que é também ao mesmo tempo a primeira cache do tipo ridle/unknown em Celorico de Basto.

Não deixem de visitar os jardins mais emblemáticos da região. Algumas caches já disponiveis nesses locais, e mais surgirão brevemente.

Celorico de Basto is annually stage of a natural "Camelias festival" by the month of March, just when the camelias or japonese trees (as they are currently know in here) are blooming. A litle bit everywhere you may admire the huge variety os Camelias, either in color and shape. The most desired Camelias are the folded tipe or half-folded ones that have a extradordinary beauty. Another Camelia with great demand due to it's rarity, falls upon the yellow camelia (an hybrid one).

Beeing a dignifying image of Celorico de Basto, it's a very flowery card, and this is rendering homage to it, although by the blooming but also by the matrixampTeam through this cache, that is at the same time the first ridle/unknow cache in Celorico de Basto.

Please visit the most emblematic gardens in the region. Some caches have already been published. More will come in the future.
