Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Geo-opoly Series.....a series styled in the fashion of a VERY popular board game that has been around since 1935!! Geo-opoly Series caches are strategically placed in SW Palm Bay, in an area known as The Compound. A few years back, this entire area was cleared, leveled, and roads were paved for what was to be a MAJOR housing development. But, due to corruption and economic woes, the area tanked and is now a desolate wasteland of what could have been. A perfect place to play Geo-opoly!!!
OBJECT: The object of the game is to "collect" geo-opolies by finding all of the caches in the same color group, i.e., St. James Place, Tennessee Avenue, and New York Avenue are all orange properties in the VERY popular board game that has been around since 1935!! The trick will be finding the corresponding colors, as the caches are randomly hidden in the area.
A few rules:
1. You do not need to be FTF on all caches of a color group to win the prize, you just need to find all caches in a particular color group, log them all and then be the first to contact the cache owner with an email to let us know you have a geo-opoly. Your email must detail the GC codes, color of your geo-opoly, and the street names.
2. All logs will be verified in the field before prizes will be distributed.
3. There are multiple monopolies to be found and thus multiple prizes.
4. We are hiding the entire game in three stages in order to give everyone a chance to play the game.
5. You will get a smiley for every find, so this is your chance to get lots of smilies, and possibly a prize.
5. It is the cacher's responsibility to keep track of the names of the properties they find.
