I made this geocache for you lovers out there. You are looking for a Valentine’s Day themed cache. It’s filled with Valentine’s Day swag. Originally a feather rose, cute little teddy bear snow globe that reminded me of my boyfriend and I, heart bracelets, heart teeter game, cute erasers, and 1st time out XOXO Kiss Geocoin. Even the jar itself is decorated for Valentine’s Day.
I wanted to make a Valentine’s Day cache so couples can go out there together and find it. I told my boyfriend that I want to try this whole geocaching thing so we tried together and now it is one of our favorite things to do together. And once again, me and my Valentine had fun planning this cache and planting it. There is the orginal Valentine’s poem “Roses are red” in the front of the log book which was written in 1784. The origins of the poem may be traced at least as far back as to the lines written in 1590 by Sir Edmund Spenser.
