This is part of a small number of caches on a walk that we often do on a summers evening. It can be done as an hour or so circular walk (with a diversion to the Glovers Island cache) if you include cache No.s GC1NNNZ and GC1NNPN.
The route roughly follows closely the track of the now defunct ‘Evesham Branch’ of the Midland Railway line from Ashchurch to Barnt Green in Birmingham.
This is an unusual cache and should blend in nicely with the suroundings. The cache itself does not need to be removed from it's housing although the housing should be easily moveable. You will need a pen for this one. Please replace as found.
After picking up this cache turn left and follow the path back up to School road. Alternatively retrace your steps to the river and either take the ferry (in season) to Evesham for a walk around the town or continue along the river path to cache GC2A0GV.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! to Wrighty for FTF
