This is part of a series of Traffic Light caches. The cache is attached to some part of the traffic control system at this location. Your mission is to find it. No additional hints – besides the title – are offered. As a result, I am upping the difficulty rating some.

As with most intersections, parking will be “limited” at best. Expect to park away from the GZ and walk in.

BTW: You are looking for a nano. Initials only on the log. BYOP.
