I Have Upgrade the difficulty of the cache to 4 due to the frequent comments of cache discoverers. This will not make this cache any easier; it will just give a better sense of achievement to those who sign the log.
There are several cachers who have claimed a find, but who have not retrieved the cache. Does spotting really equal a true find? Or have you just seen somebody’s discarded lunch box!!!!
