The cache is in a lock n lock container, near to the old slipway to the River Tay Waulkmill Chain Ferry. New stone paper log book added, please write small ... seemingly it is completely waterproof & if you forgot your writing tool you can use your keys! It is not in a garden & you can either step over the stones or walk around them. Parking is available very near the cache.
This cache is situated at the Luncarty side of the Waulkmill Chain Ferry. When the ferry was in operation you had to ring the bell to alert the ferryman that you wanted to avail him of his services, but remember don't pay the ferryman until you reach the otherside! Just across the road from the Parking spaces, near the path signpost you can see the stone (called the Tally Stane) that the ferryman stood on to get a count of the livestock that was about to go on the ferry so that the correct fare could be charged. Original Stash foam gliders mobile charms/wee men Dog Paws bottle opener Stretchy frog highlighter pens Bigfoot Trackable Hiking Boot Trackable
