This was lots that have been for sale for years. As of now i
believe there are 3 houses back in here. We used to come down here
at night to have a few drinks, or to go down the "beach trail"
(Steep and nasty) Kind of nice area with the views back in past the
gate. There used to be a sign here that said Rare Earth in Old
English font.

You do not need to go past the gate and surrounding rocks, so no
worries! LOL
This is a small small. Coins or very small TB is all that will
