Geocache Description:

1797. was raised small chapel with St. Ana's sculpture, „muratta“ – which was bricked into wall.

The thing that makes this Sanctuary even more attractive is its surroundings, centenary oaktrees, limes and bouges fragant which give shade and contribute to recognizable peace and quiet. Draw-well which was built from the nearby spring, refresh many pilgrims who believe that water from St. Ana heals. Surrounding of Sanctuary is the most beautiful area near Drava's site along with Cerje forest and Jugovaca slough. All this is one unit that heals body and soul, and because of that, everybody should visit this place.

You can best come to Sanctum through Belisce and Bistrinci. The cache is hidden approximately 700m from the Sanctum. It's best to park your car at the Sanctum (N 45° 42.227, E 18° 22.458). Depending of the time of the year terrain can become muddy. Walking on the dirt roads beetween the fields you need to find hunting house or high stand. Every year on 26th of July we are celebrating St. Anne and Joakim and there is a big fest at the Sanctum.

P.S. Feel free to take the visit "I have found" card as a souvenir.
