35mm film canister containing log and pencil at Holy Trinity Park, the home of Ossett Trinity ARLFC.
This is the first cache to be placed in a series of 'Battlegrounds', where I have played amateur rugby league over the last 15 years.
I had a short spell at Ossett Trinity, only about 4 games, before moving on to another club. Played here many many times as the visiting team and took and gave some tremendous knocks! A lot of blood shed on this park, I also have a facial injury from this ground! A good little rugby club, up and coming.
The park itself is well equipped with play equipment for young children along with a well used skate park.
