resqsarge03: Yup. Its gone. It has been a good run for this cache at this site but I am not going to replace it a third time. It is a great place for a cache due to the nearby hotel, museum, and foot traffic. I hope someone picks this site for a new geocache.

Geocache Description:

You are looking for a painted 3 inch long PVC tube. Try to go on weekends when the American Legion post museum is open. Cool stuff inside. Very busy corner so please be stealthy. Please replace carefully so mugglets do not find it. This cache is placed with the blessing and support of the fine veterans who man the Legion museum. If they are open, please go in and thank them for their service. Cache is available 24/7 but best done during daylight hrs.

There is a nice park just to the north across the street with a playground and picnic areas. Don't worry. You won't find the bird that is making the weird noise every time the traffic pattern changes. This location is down the street from a senior citizen apartment building and the pedestrian walkways are equipped with acoustic warning beepers.
