The lot you see before you was purchased by my parents in 1972, when they were just engaged, in the hopes of building a summer home here one day.
In 1992, my family built a house and moved here from Pennsylvania to live year-round when my brother was just 10 and I, 14. We used to play and bike out here all the time when we were kids, long before the trails were laid. We have always loved exploring along creeks and through the woods. I have recently gotten my brother into geocaching. He loves it and we both agree that if the hobby had existed when we were kids, we would have been caching together all the time!
I have since returned to Philly and my brother has moved to Baltimore, but my parents still live in that house. It only seemed fitting to place a cache here. Every time I come to visit, I wish there were more caches in Ocean Pines, so I'm placing this one in our family's name.
Look for the trailhead on Footbridge Trail. My parents know about the cache, but please respect their privacy. Both of the gray houses know that it's there. No need for any bushwhacking or climbing into any thorns (or yards!). Just hug the ditch and you'll be fine. Or you can hope over it. 
You do not need to go into the woods to retrieve it. Just keep your eyes peeled. The cache is MUCH easier to find in the winter than summer. Do not attempt to remove the cache from its spot. Just pop the top to get to the log.
After you find the cache, check out the nice short hiking trail the Ocean Pines Association has created within the last few years. A lot of people use it for walking their dogs and biking.
