Geocache Description:

Standard issue 35-mm container, sans writing utensil. Swathed in black electric tape, topped with a smidgen of flat gray spray paint. Snug in it's hidey place with a nice natural camo to help it remain incognito.

As it turns out, you can stop by this cache for snacks before or after you grab all the nearby park trail caches. Convenient.

This is a hide resulting from frustration, need, and desire. So, I'm returning to the Beaverton area after a day of soccer parties in Newberg-Dundee and trying to find nice spots to drop a few caches -- not so easy, as it turns out -- and I wind up in this parking lot. Now, I had no business being at these coordinates and wasn't even sure how I wound up here. Probably the iPhone's fault. However, there was this one tree that I noticed. Thick trunks, lots of strong, big limbs. I like trees and have really enjoyed climbing them of late. This tree had "climb me" written all over it. Until I noticed that there was no way to get up without assistance. Normally, not a problem, except it IS in the parking lot of Albertson's and they probably wouldn't appreciate people bringing in ladders. No stealth there. So, to assuage the urge and the need, I placed a quick tree hide. I have to say, I did feel better afterwards.

Please replace as snug and nicely camo'd as you find it (or better, if you find it not so well hidden).

CONGRATULATIONS TO FOUGL FOR THE SPEEDY MONKEY-LESS FTF -- even as he was beating me to another FTF down the road! :)
