Geocache Description:

 Come and visit McConnell Park!!!

This cache is located in McConnell Park, a nature park located in a nice neighbourhood in the small town of Renfrew.  Park is complete with a grassy turf area, a paved trail to travel through the park, benches, a nice little bridge and a view of the creek (part of the Bonnechere River) that flows under the bridge.  In the spring/summer you can sometimes find frogs and minnows in the creek.  If you wander into the still white wilderness of McConnell Park in the winter after a fresh snowfall, it is almost like stepping into a holiday card.  You will find people enjoying the park at all times throughout the day, so stealth will be necessary when searching for this cache.

The park can be accessed from Vimy Blvd. or Patrick Street.  Be sure to bring a pen/pencil as the cache is not large enough to hold one.  Please be sure to leave the cache just as you found it.  Happy Hunting!!
