Say good bye to Summer 2010 and send it out in style!!!! It's the last overnighter for the Summer....
Summer 2010 has held many milestones for us.... lots of great memories.... some REALLY wonderful friendships have developed - some new - some just grew.
But now the summer is coming to an end.... and so are the late night caching runs.... the ability to race for an ftf in the middle of the day (for some of us) and the insane pace of caching non-stop. It's back to the real world.
For many of us this isn't a huge change... but for some it's a shift that is difficult at best.
So to ease the pain I thought it would be fun to have one final Summer event.... and anyone is welcome to join us!! You don't have to stay all night - but if you do we're gonna cache the night away!
We'll meet around 6 PM at The Ice Cream Company in Modesto near Orangeburg & Raleys for food (they have great food), ice cream (REALLY great home made ice cream) and FUN!!!!
The difficulty rating is because AFTER the party (they close at 10 PM) anyone who wants to go caching over night is welcome to come along.... destination will be decided that night by majority vote. We may leave before closing so get there early in case we're gone by 9. And if you want to cache for a while but can't go all night - just cut and run when you need to.
Sunday morning we will have breakfast together for those who make it all night.... or if you just want to join us call us before 6 AM to find out where we're going and when we'll be there.
PS - If we have more than 20 people show up, I need to let the Ice Cream Company know so they get more workers and make enough ice cream so please respond soon if you think you can make it!!!
