Has this ever happened to you? You're out on the lake in your canoe waiting for something to bite. It's been a slow morning but you don't care... you could be at home doing chores. All of a sudden your line starts to jiggle!!! Next thing you know you're in the battle of a lifetime trying to drag in a trophy fish. The fight lasts for twenty minutes... fishy is close enough to the boat that you can get a good look at him.
Wow, what a monster... the kind you mount on your wall when this is all over.
You reach for the net, pull him closer and just as you're about to grab it your line breaks and he swim off. And to top it off, he has your favorite lure. What a rough day.
Well, as much as I would love to get your fish back, I can't. But what I can help you with a new lure. This is the Scugog Island Lure Cache.
When first placed this cache contained a number of bobbers, lures, jigs and wormies. Don't worry, anything sharp is packaged so you don't have to worry about getting poked.
If you take an item please replace with another packaged lure or fishing related item.
The container is a smaller canister which should be able to hold most travel bugs and geocoins.
The cache is NOT winter friendly.
