Geocache Description:

Ammo can hidden above a remote canyon

Hidden in a remote canyon approx. 2 hrs north of Tucson. Great location for outdoor enthusiasts. May not be suitable for small children.

There is a "ghosttown", abandoned mines and some other ruins to explore in the area. Accesible by 2WD with good clearance, rain or snow (yes, snow) can make the drive diffucult. Make sure you are prepared for a backcountry trip.

Great area to camp or prospect when it is warm. Creek runs most of the year. If you have a 2WD vehicle we recommed that you park at 32.75026N 110.49467W and walk from there. 4WD can make it all the way to the cache.
