TIME: 10am - 12pm Sunday 1st August 2010
Come and meet some of you fellow Geocachers.
Along with the usual HAVOC members there are a group of cachers
from the Illawara in the area. Come along to say Hello to Paegle
Boy and his group.
While reading logs whilst out Geocaching you see the names of
locals that are currently active in the local community.
Ocassionally you will catch up with someone on the trail but for
most they are faceless names.
Now is the time to put faces to those names.
This is a great opportunity for new cachers to get tips and
advise from experienced geocachers. There have been quite a few new
cachers start up in the Hunter recently and it is a ideal time to
learn more about the game.
The area has been chosen as it is central to The Hunter. There
is plenty of shelter there as it normally rains when there is a
HAVOC event on. There is a park nearby for the kids to run around
and play. There are plenty of eating spots nearby for you to enjoy
lunch after the event.
