This is one in a series of common caches on a loop around Hoffman Rd. and Trout Brook Rd. outside Schroon Lake. The caches will introduce you to some local ponds, streams and interesting areas. The cache is located near the trailhead to Big Pond and Hoffman Notch. It started with a FTF flashlight, yoyo, whistle, ball pen and log.
