01bmf: Sorry to see this one go, as it was my favorite. However, it was most likely the victim of muggles, as the island is teeming with them. It was good while it lasted.

Wilson has been cast away on an island in Hopkinton.
There is parking at several locations near by. Hopkinton State park has parking and boat rentals. There is also parking off of Rafferty Rd, which also has a spot to launch kayaks and canoes without ramp fees. Motorized watercraft are not allowed. Round trip in a pedal boat is about 1 hour. A kayak or canoe could cut that time almost in half.
If you are going to make a wintertime trip, please please please use great care in gauging the ice and don't go alone. The ice is often thick enough in the winter to safely walk and cross country ski, but should not be attempted unless you know exactly what you are doing.
In the summertime, there can be a decent amount of muggles. Please make sure that the cache is well hidden and covered. Cache is a green plastic tube.
14APR12: I have replaced the original cache with a green plastic tube, as the original went MIA.
05MAR11: After the last few attempts, I would like to reemphasize the terrain difficulty of this cache. If you have doubts about the ice in the wintertime, play it safe and come back another day or in the summer for a kayak trip. The Rafferty road access was not maintained this winter. Please take note of this and use best judgement when deciding where to park. This isn't exactly a remote location, but in the wintertime, it is pretty empty. I would hate to see someone get hurt out there and not be able to get help. Also, please note that the water level is lower than normal. It has not had an effect on the cache, but it has made the cache a bit "higher" from the water than last summer.
