A small cache on the outside of the cemetary grounds.
Originally known as Kanyaka Siding. Wilson was proclaimed in 1881 and was named after Colonel Sir William Wilson of the Royal Engineers by Govenor Jervois.
Once a thriving community it slowly declined, there is still plenty of history to explore in the surrounding ruins and at the cemetary. Where you can get an insight into how hard our pioneers worked and lived.
