A Campbell County cache in the County Seat.
Mound City is the County Seat of Campbell County. Not much more than a wide spot in the road, but there is a nice little park nearby for the kids to play and a nice picnic area to stop and have lunch.
I gave the cache a harder rating because you will need a TOTT to fish it out of its hiding spot.
