I HATE IVY! Yes, I hate Ivy. But this one is not in Ivy but is on Ivy (Street!).
A "Q&EF" = Quick & Easy Find. If the gate is open you can park inside. If it is closed there is still room to park outside. Just don't block traffic in or out, OK?
