Part of the healthy walk series along Seaford beach. Many people come to walk along the Esplanade by the sea from Splash Point (just beneath Seaford Head) to the remains of the Tide Mills at Bishopstone.
It was not so long ago that they built this bicycle/ pedestrian path and yet here it is covered in wild plants, bushes and young trees. Ignore the traffic and enjoy the views.
