Geocache Description:

Once the most important army camp in the British empire, this large relatively undiscovered park in North Halifax is a haven for wildlife and people. Half of the park is formal with football pitches, tennis courts, bowling green and play areas, while to other half is left to wildlife with woodland, hedgerows, copses, ponds, streams and grassland meadows.

Permission has been granted to place these caches by Calderdale Council.

This is 1st of 3 caches I have placed in Beechwood Park. All 3 can be found with in an hour and are placed in relatively muggle free locations.
