Situated just North West of Boulders Beach,
Seaforth is another of the lovely little beaches along this part of
the coast. With its shallow waters and relatively protected
position, it is safe for kids to play and swim while having a
family picnic, either on the grass areas above or on the beach
itself.
If picnics are not your thing, there is a restaurant nearby,
which overlooks the beach and from where you can still keep an eye
on the kids. The restaurant stands on the same spot as the original
Seaforth Tea Room did in the 1950's.
As with many of the beaches along this stretch
of coast, on both sides of Boulders, the African Penguins are
frequent visitors to Seaforth and will often be seen swimming among
the bathers or waddling along the beach. Many have even taken up
residence here, among the rocks.
