Geocache Description:

Brings you:

Ulric Hill #1
First in my "Ulric St. Hill Series"
I want to 'own' this hill!
There are 6 in this series.

Right at the top near Tait St.
Sidewalk Accessible.

Dont decrypt the hint unless you want to be told where it is.

Be aware of muggles. Lots of little ones across the street at the school.

Return carefully in same position please.
I have walked on, ridden on, skateboarded down, & driven on Ulric hill for nearly 40 years. I've grown up racing down that hill on everything with wheels. When it was converted to 4 lanes (since back down to 2) it got a new sewer line right down the middle. As kids, me and my friends had the chance to skateboard down inside nearly the length of the tube before it was competed. With flashlights taped to skateboards, laying on our back louge style, we raced down into a black obiss only to shoot out the unfinished tube 3/4 a mile down. It is nearly a perfect mile from Tait at the top, to Friars Rd at the bottom. Growing up in Linda Vista (moved from Hawaii in 1970) my family is pretty well known and remembered. My Mother worked at Yum Yum, and at the now gone gas station next to the Skating rink. She was also one of the 'lunch lady's' at Montgomery Jr High School. Me and my siblings all attended Kit Carson Elementary, Montgomery Jr High and Kearny Seinor High Schools. My first job as a kid was at "Aaron Brothers Upholstery" in the old LV plaza. I then worked at the Dr. Rosenberger office behind Minit Mart. for a couple of years. I was a LV Paperboy for 3 years when you could still have a bike route. My brother and sister also worked in the Local Linda Vista Pizza Hut, Jack in da box, and a few more. If you are a long time LV'er there's no doubting that we have crossed paths and you know at least one of us!

I love Linda Vista, and wanted to 'own' a part of it with a cache series.
I changed the difficulty, to be more reflective of the cache.

Able to be grabbed from the sidewalk.

Each Cache in the series will represent a type of cache I have seen in person, seen photos of, or have read about as a tribute to cache types, I am not taking credit for inventing any of them, but I did build them.
Please enjoy.
CONGRATS to advo_guy for the FTF.
