Cache in foothills of talkeetna mountains east of Hatcher pass
Park at Trailhead off sun valley road off palmer fishhook road. Follow trail to big swamp and pick up another well packed trail going up hill off the swamp. Follow trail to above treeline and find this cache under an evergreen among a grove of aspens. Clear plastic container log and pencil. Couple hour trip on skis or foot. tops out at 1600 elevation. Probably difficult and unpleasant in the summer but would be possible. Great views of entire valley and a pleasant spot to bring a picnic to.
