Geocache Description:

Put on your cowboy boots, saddle up your pickup, and go round up this cache in the Crook County backcountry. As a bonus, the cache is at the grid confluence of N 44° and W 120° (see www.confluence.org).

The area is known as Twelvemile Table. It's flat and dusty rangeland with big sky. You'll see antelope, pheasant, coyote and, of course, cattle.

If you come in from Hwy 20, be prepared for nearly 50 miles of graded gravel and about 9 miles of rocky, unmaintained double-track (looks like a decent mountain bike ride; you could park at N 43° 54.418' W 119° 57.392'). Get a BLM map to help guide you. Don't try it in bad weather. The cache is in a small ammo box sitting on the ground a short distance from the road.
