Geocache Description:

I would like to invite you to an event to celebrate me getting my bus pass - well in three weeks anyway.

The venue is the Old Town Hall of Kenfig which dates back to the 15th century. The Town Hall is upstairs so is not wheelchair accessible - sorry - there are outside, stone steps and inside stairs through the bar..

The event will be from 12 noon until 5(ish).

Food is available from 12 noon - 2.30pm and from 6pm - 9pm

If you are planning on eating please add to your log so we can give some ideas of numbers. You can eat in the bar, the small restaurant or upstairs in the event room.

This event is being run as a fund raiser for our Welsh Mega in 2011.

I do not want any presents thank you - your attendance will be enough BUT should you wish to bring some items which can be used as raffle prizes over the the next 18 months they would be gratefully received. The wine you don't like, the box of smellies you had for Christmas and so on.

We look forward to seeing you at the event.

Lastly the Town Hall is reputed to be haunted so Ladies - watch out for the little old lady reported to be seen in the Ladies WC.

Six new caches and another cache Bridgend area going live Friday night - please no late night wanders as I wouldn't want to be responsible for anyone falling over on the dunes in the dark

There is limited parking at the pub but you could park by the Nature Reserve and walk back..
