The Boy Scouts of America,
in cooperation with Groundspeak, have launched the "Get in the
Game" program to highlight how Scouting and Geocaching go hand in
hand. This year, the Centennial Anniversay of the BSA, April 17th
has been designed as the "National Day of Service." Every year, on
the National Day of Service, Scouters all over the USA do a service
project to benefit out communities.
I would like to invite all geocachers and Scouters of all ages out
to help us pick up trash around Meadows Park. Josh Haacke will also
be there to hand out one of the all new Trapper Trails coins to the
lucky winner of the prize drawing.
